My name is Ems Marcretha, a 26 year old Dutch/South African painter based in The Netherlands.

The past few years, painting has been an essential part of my life. Today I work with both acrylic, gems and paste, three mediums that allow me to freely express emotions, atmospheres, and stories through color, texture, and movement. My most powerful form of therapy.
